Currently a user can set a signature on Gmail for desktop but this is unable to be replicated on Gmail mobile app for Android.
This presents a barrier to professional mobile and remote working when away from the desk, meaning having to delay some communications
Currently if no mobile signature is set on iPhone this pulls the same HTML from desktop and inserts the signature, although this doesn't seem to be visible to the sender, just the recipient.
This is not the case for Android, whereby you may only write a simple text mobile signature or send none at all.
This would seem to be a very obvious oversight on a Google platform.
As a:
Google Workspace user
I would like to:
Match my Android signature to my desktop Gmail signature
So that:
I can continue to send professional emails and reply to incoming mail whilst mobile
I belive this is now visible to android users signature as well.
