Signup for G Workspace not working

So I am trying to sign up for G Workspace account. I have my own domain. I already have a google account under X@domain.com. When I tried to sign up with this account it says you need to choose a different username as that one already has a google account. So i tried to create my workspace account with admin@domain.com. Now everything seemed to go fine until It prompted me to login with my newly created workspace admin account. When I login, it thinks for 5 seconds, then routes me back to the login screen. So I login, and every time it takes me back to login again. Any ideas?

Did not remember it being this complicated and seemingly buggy to setup google workspace. I tried going through the link that was sent to my email saying "Setup now". Same thing > prompts me to login, which i get into the infinite login loop again.

This a fresh domain with no history, and all i had previously was one google account that I had been using for GDRIVE etc.

@BlockMultiverse It sounds like you are using your desired username as an alternate email for a Gmail account.  Take a look at https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6316959?hl=en

Yeah its definately not working. 

I have 2 accounts - admin@mydomain.com - both google and gmail account I created this during the workspace signup process. When i try to login to it to administer my workspace and set it up it just loops me back to the login form with no error messaging. I can confirm the password is correct because a) i did not get any wrong password messaging and b) i can use the password to login to gmail successfuly.

I also, previously, had an email account setup on my own mailserver for myname@domain.com which I then set up as a google account to create GDOCS (before setting up my workspace). This one also does not work when I try to login to admin.google.com it says: 

admin.google.com is used for Google Workspace accounts only. Regular Gmail accounts cannot be used to sign in to admin.google.com. Learn More

So neither option work, even the one I setup when creating my workspace (admin@). 

Additionally, I never received the bank transfer google said it sent me to verify my bank account this was over a week ago so should have arrived by now. 

I do receive emails saying: do you want to continue setting up your workspace? But when I try to do so, (see above). It would appear to me the process of setting up my workspace on the backend by google was initiated, but somehow not completed or failed. Now I am stuck because it wont let me start over.

So yeah, how do i get support if i can't get signup working? Is there an official support solution for google workspace setup?
