Suddenly google meet invites not received on earthlink email address

About two months ago, I suddenly stopped receiving google meets invites to my earthlink email. This happened from two different companies. But here is the weird part. I asked companies to cancel and resend.  i receive the cancellation but not the resend. I gave them an alternate email (not EarthLink) and i do receive these invites.. I whitelisted google and meet.google and so did these companies on their end. I made sure it is not on my blocked list. Earthlink said it isnt on their end. It is not in my spam. The invites dont appear on my computer or iphone and are not in earthlinks webmail. So any ideas?

First, I'm amazed the Earthlink still exists. Second, the deviation is only with them. So, the "it's not from their end" is questionable.

i spoke to them and they insisted that as long as domain was whitelisted email would go through. Instinct tells me you are correct though even though cancellation comes through just fine.

more info. The invites are coming from calendar-notification@google.com. My google calender settings say accept all invites.

This is an update on issue. Earthlink has now had several reports of google calendar invites not being received. They acknowledge they are rejecting them as spam. A ticket has been created and they are investigating how to fix. I was promised a call back when resolved. Meanwhile only workaround is to send invite to an alternate email address.

1) It’s an EarthLink issue, not a Google issue. I’d follow up with EarthLink support.

2) This forum is just fellow Google Workspace administrators from around the globe, Google themselves won’t see posts here.
