Hi Kirubakaran,
I am the engineering lead of Google Endpoint Management. It is great to see your interest on our Advanced Management features. If you have any questions about it, don't hesitate to reach out to me here. I can't comment on the first two questions but for the last question: when you upgrade, you will keep your users' existing settings since the higher SKU has all the features of the lower SKU. You will also have opportunity to enable more settings in the Business Plus such as Advance Management. When you downgrade, your users will lose higher SKU settings that don't exist in the lower SKU so if you downgrade in the future, your users will not have advance management anymore. Depends on other part of the settings, you would enable, you will see this behavior for other parts of the Google Workspace functionality. Thank you for your trust on our solution. Happy to help with any questions on the Endpoint Management!
Thanks for your response emreknlk,
We are in a startup stage and currently using Google Workspace as our IDP and our environment will have MacOS, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android to manage it from a single console just like any End Point management. Can we manage all these devices with centralized management, SSO, security policies, Zero Touch deployment with Business plus - Advanced Management features or do we need Enterprise editions?
