Hi everyone -

I thought I'd share this here. Promevo (Promevo.com) has really helped me with my Google Workspace environment. Their team is great to work with for technical support and best practices, but also, they provide an inexpensive alternative to BetterCloud - a SaaS tool called gpanel that makes the management and admin work of Workspace SO much easier and better.

They can help set up security functions, run domain audits, automate a ton of workflows, and so much more. They're also a partner for GCP and Chrome - check their website out. They've improved my Google experience a ton.

We've had a great experience. Not a huge domain, but I can't speak for others. What have you heard?

Their ongoing support is the biggest complaint I've heard. Customers are basically forgotten, and their support agents aren't helpful. There have also been a lot of disasters with migrations. Those are the two main things. Everyone has unhappy customers maybe you are the right one.

I've heard things have gotten a lot better under new leadership in the past 1-2 years. Just my two cents
