Time zone in the alert report & esignature reports

I have problems about the time zone on the alert reports & esignature reports.
Our console time zone is correct, which is UTC+8, Taiwan, but it always shows the time zone of UTC in those reports (which are incorrect).

I just finished chatting with the Google Workspace Chinese support team and was told that the timezone of UTC in the reports is default setting and couldn't be modified.

It's so~~~ amazing!!  Doesn't anyone have the same problem? What could I do to solve the problem? Reports with the wrong timezone are not convincing and creditable.

Hello,

When a new user first signs in to their Google Workspace account, the time zone is based on their location. You can set a different default time zone for new users in the Admin console.

Change the default time zone for new users

Setting a default time zone applies only to new user accounts. Existing users keep their current time zone.

If you set a time zone, you can't switch back to using time zones based on the user's location. You can only continue to change the default time zone.

From the beginning, I had set up the time zone is Taiwan, UTC+8.
However, the time zone of the alert message is always UTC, not UTC+8. 

That's why I feel so annoyed.

I am also facing the same issue , I would like to change the monitoring time zone to GMT, however,  in the alerting email it is always UTC

I'm having the same issue except alerting email and change notifications I've subcriped from Google Document changes are always in the alerting email stamped with PST time zone.
