Transition to Google Workspace for personal user

Hi, I'm using Google mail for personal use with my own domain, but when I click the button - for personal use, there is an error message that my account is ineligible.  What should I do?

I believe that you can use this type of offer with your domain:

You are already using Google Workspace, since you have a Gmail service with a custom domain. So the above offer isn't applicable.

Given you have been provided that link, you are on the G Suite legacy Free service. If  wish to take up the offer free for personal use offer, but the option doesn't work, it likely the account has been flagged a commercial.

What I suggest is you sign up temporarily for a subscription (monthly), to qualify for support. Once you have access to support log a case to get it switched over the personal offer.
