Trouble enabling early access for normal gmail account

I'm getting the below error when I try to use Bard. When I check the terms of service for bard I should be able to access it.

and when I try to turn on my early access I still have to go thru the admin panel

Where is this admin panel and why my normal account is into workspace? I've read somewhere that I should go to admin login page and try to reset my account. I've waited for 6 hours and still was unable to get into the admin panel.

@user105157 You are mixing up two topics. 

Based on your screenshot, your account is a consumer gmail account. The instructions you linked that guide you to the admin console are meant for admins of Google Workspace business accounts. 

Your gmail account might not have the age verified, or you may be attempting to use Bard in a country that is not supported currently.

Hi @KevinApodaca, and thanks for the answer. So I'm in Germany but my account is created for Bulgaria, I have tested on my older account and I can use it without a problem so I guess the issue is with the age verification. How can I do that? What is the process of age verification
