URGENT - Please I need to delete 7.4 GB of unknown information from Google Drive

Hi friends of Google Workspace Communityy! Good morning, I humbly beg your help, it turns out that for months I have had this problem of not being able to use my Google Drive correctly under my account (PII Removed by Staff) because I have 7.4 GB of unknown information, which Google Drive doesnt say to me what information is! It is highly likely that it was the WhatsApp backup linked to my account, but I had already deleted it myself and it still appears in Google Drive. What information is it? What files do they include? I do not want to delete anything important, I have a lot of important data in my account. Please, I beg your urgent call to be able to solve this situation that has brought me countless problems. Hello @benjaminsanchez,

Go to your google admin console and try to activate the cloud identity free license. 
By default 50 free licenses will be added to your pool, with 15GB for each license.
This should add a bit of storage to your pool.

About the other, i have no idea.
Check you drive trash bin, maybe the data still there.

Other than that, whick license do you have?
I don't remember a license with 10GB of space. Maybe your administrator set a storage policy limiting your total space.

We talked to the specialists and they commented the following:

1.- We do not have Gmail support due to the type of license we have

2.- From the admin there is no section to see that “other” that the user indicates as to delete, since the administration is very limited.

3.- The other thing that could be, is that some other user shared a file with him and is using that space that does not belong to him, but rather belongs to someone else.

And there is not much information regarding this.

If you are not sure about what data it is and you don‘t want to delete anything important，i sincerely recommend you to backup those data to a 3rd party backup platform which can restore any history version of your backup at anytime.In that case you don't need to worry about deleting something important since you will be able to always get it back
