Unable to configure Google Drive on Windows laptop

Wanted to configure Google Drive application on to my new Windows Laptop (Windows 10).

  • Google Drive (Version: 54.0.2.0) was preinstalled by the IT team
  • Google Chrome Version is 97.0.4692.71 (Official Build) (64-bit)

When try logining into Google Drive and it processes to load my drive data, it shows this error message:

Canโ€™t load xxxx@xxxx.com

To load xxxx@xxxx.com, disconnect the account and sign in again

I found a thread related to the simlar issue here (Google Drive Desktop not Starting) and already tried out those steps but that didn't help in my case.

So please request any experts support to fix this issue.

I read an interesting trouble report that said you have to click the error message and select English.  Unfortunately, I don't have more information. -KAM
