Unable to create a google workspace account

Hi. i want to sign up for a google account to have aliases for my employees. But when I reach where I should write down my domain name it tells me it Is already used even though no one does. When I do the procedure and want to use the administrator email that doesn't end with Google.com, it says It is impossible because the email does not exist. I don't know what else to do. 
I need your help.

@Calixt I seem to remember that if you have emails using this feature, there can be issues: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/176347?hl=en  Somewhere in my squirelbrain I remember dealing with that.  What's the exact error message? -KAM

Check out all the various options for recovering admin access to your Google Workspace account at https://support.google.com/a/answer/33561?hl=en.

There are a number of options there including getting in touch with support as well as technical methods to prove to Google that you own your domain name and should be allowed to access the Workspace instance.
