Unable to log in to admin.google.com

Hi,

I am unable to log on to the admin console (admin.google.com). I have a workspace account and I am getting charged $46.05 per month but when I go to admin.google.com and click on my email account, nothing happens. Admin console page does not open. See the screenshot below.

How do I log on to the admin console and make changes/cancel my subscription?

Check out all the various options for recovering admin access to your Google Workspace account at https://support.google.com/a/answer/33561?hl=en.

There are a number of options there including getting in touch with support as well as technical methods to prove to Google that you own your domain name and should be allowed to access the Workspace instance.
