Uninstall and Reinstall GCPW

I have installed GCPW on a test computer, uninstalled then tried to reinstall again.

It looks like the GCPW installs but its not showing anywhere.

Rebooted the computer, uninstalled Chrome, rebooted installed Chrome and tried again but it's not installing.

Is this a common problem and does anyone know how to fix this?

Is there any error on the event viewer, GCPW prints errors to event logs.

I can't see any errors in the event viewer.

When I try to reinstall I get a message.

Please wait while windows configures Google updates.

But the app does not install.

Chrome is up-to-date
