Unstable emails. possible MX issue

A few days ago some users indicated that they are not receiving all emails correctly and some of the emails sent are being lost, or have the error return.

I've checked the status of Google Workspace and nothing indicates a general glitch. in some cases the error return is DNS Error: DNS type 'mx' lookup of agenciaterrua.com.br responded with code SERVFAIL.

The MX settings are as the google documentation says aspmx.l.google.com. What to do?

When did you sign up for Google Workspace?

According to https://support.google.com/a/answer/174125 it matters.

Your settings appear to be correct if you signed up for Google Workspace before April 2023.

If you signed up for Google Workspace after April 2023, you need to use different settings. That article shows the exact settings.

My subscription is older than April 2023, what is strange to me is that the emails worked normally until last week.

That's strange. I just checked again, and it all looks right to me, and matches the settings for the domain I help manage (berkeley.edu). I think this might be a time to ask Google Workspace support. See https://support.google.com/a/answer/1047213 for how you do that.
