Upgrade to Google Gorkpspace

I am a Japanese and liTokyo. I have my own domain and am going to upgrade to Google  Workspace. The problem is that I cannot register my address; an address in the United State only is allowed to be registered.

 

Can some one help me to register my address in Tokyo?
