We have had an employee leave and I am trying to set up a forward from their email to another employees so we do not miss any emails sent to the previous employee.
It is prompting me to recieve a code to the previous employees recovery phone number when I try to set up the forward in Gmail even after changing the recovery number to a phone number we have access to.
Is there a way to bypass this or get Gmail to sent the code to the number we have access to?
