I'm new to Google Workspace from Microsoft Teams. It looks like I create a Google Space for my various projects which each have their own Google Drive. I accidentally discovered that if I create a new Space and then paste a link to a Google Drive into this space, a permission group with the same name as the Space appears on the Google Drive. However, this does not always happen and I can't figure out why it works sometimes and not to other times. I would like to simply manage the membership of the Space to control access to the corresponding Google Drive. Am I doing something wrong within Google Workspace?
@GregGL were you able to figure it out, it should ideally work with every space.
@GregGL If you have sharing permissions for that file/folder it should work.
