Have a VM with a public IP address running a couple of Moodles in subdiretories. VM uses Webmin as a panel on port 8080. Can nmap scan the IP and see that port 8080 is open, but cannot connect to that port. I can connect to the site static page and to the moodles hosted on server.
Is there a way to reboot server ... could be that I inadvertently added an IP address to a firewall drop zone that is not permanent ... rebooting will clear the list.
