When searching for email in Vault, I need to find very specific search terms. In one case, I need to find the term BA, so I used what I thought was the exact match term "BA". Instead barn, baseball, bald, bat, etc. get returned as results. I only want the results that exactly match BA (or ba) with nothing else preceding or following. I was told by Workspace Support that was not an option. Does anyone have a working query that would do this? If not, what is the function of the quotation marks around a search term?
Hello @bweiler
You can use operator to refine your search.
Here it is the documentation:

I recommend you to try the double quote: "BA"
I did a test and it worked as intended:
Hope it helps.
