Is this current and accurate? I may be mistaken/uninformed and wasn't aware of the 5 million > 10 million update for spreadsheets. I work in the Google Workspace Enterprise Plus edition and have known the limitation in Sheets to be 5 million cells.

Yeap, it's up to date.
The presentation limit will receive an update to 300MB, but the rest is the same as in the documentation.

One note: At 10M cells in a single sheet, Sheets is slow, even on a fast machine with 32GB of RAM. But itโs better than nothing!
