We can not open folder structure from Google Drive shortcut.
We contacted support and got the following answer.

> We have confirmed with our product manager that the folder structure* does not open for shortcuts.

> On the left of the Google Drive screen, click ▶ My Drive > ▶ for shortcut is not shown.

This specification change is causing problems for our members.
Can you please revert back to the specification where the folder structure can be opened?

It is really difficult to manage and move files in the current configuration.

I'm experiencing the same. I had a bunch of folders shortcuts and unexpectedly it stopped to work properly. The loading symbol stay in eternal looping and sometimes I got the message: "google drive - xaccountx@xcompanyx.com" - find an unexpected error. some files could be outdated.

Already empty caches, reinstall everything, disconnect and connect accounts, but nothing.
