Where do I I grant (or not) a user, permission to access to "drive.google.com/settings/storage"?

Dear community,

I cannot find where and what have to be changed to allow users to be able to see their available storage. When they access to "drive.google.com/settings/storage" with our organization Google accounts, they are shown a page that says "You don' have access to this service. Please contact your administrator". What needs to be changed? Can it be changed for particular users, or for everyone in the organization?

Probably a stupid question, but do your users have access to Drive? My guess is that you wouldn’t be able to access that page without access to Drive.

Are they able to get there by going to:

drive.google.com --> Settings Cog (upper right) --> Storage --> View storage details

I am not sure there is a specific setting for seeing your own storage details.  There may be, but I haven't seen it.
