Why Are My Folders Arraigned in Reverse Alphabetical Order?

My folders are arraigned in reverse alphabetical order.  Every new page I go to I have to reset to get into alphabetical  After many years not sure what I need to do to correct.  What do I need to do to fix?  Thanks.

@EricCHL I just checked 3 accounts and checked the order within files and it is all in reverse alphabetical order by default, even on personal Gmail...may be it an expected behavior.

whoever reading this comment please share your file order- outside it is sometimes in alphabetical order but within any folder or file they are by default in reverse alphabetical order.

Thanks!  It was driving me crazy and I couldn't find a fix.  I will just wait it out.

I return to My Drive as the jumping off point for most of my work. I noticed that clicking on the large Drive logo in the upper left would bring me back to My Drive with the sort order correct, as opposed to clicking on My Drive in the left side navigation which is showing the items in reverse alphabetical order every time I come back.

Might save you a bit of re-sorting if you also return to My Drive often.

This is happening to me too and driving me crazy! I use Drive a ton for work and have habits of where I click to access different things throughout the day, and this bug keeps messing me up.

Thanks for the suggestion, JasonTM1, I will try navigating via the logo.

They're never going to fix this are they? It's stupid to have the folders alphabetically reversed like this.
