Why is Google Cloud/Google Workspace still operating in Russia?

I was pleased to see that Google’s Ads division has suspended their operations in Russia: https://www.nytimes.com/2022/03/03/technology/google-ads-russia.html

 

As has Apple:

As have Oracle and SAP:

Why isn’t Google Cloud/Google Workspace  following suit?

It’s also a bit hypocritical that Google refuses to do business in China for ethical reasons, but is fine with what’s going on in Russia. 

Stand up for what’s right, Google!
