Why is Google forcing me to use Business Standard instead of Business Starter ?

I set up workspace for my clients. They most often choose Business Starter option. Today I, as usual, wanted to set up new business starter workspace account, but in the end of the process I can only select Business Standard (screenshot bellow).

Is Business Starter not available anymore ?

I have encountered this in the US as well. What happened was that Google defaults to Business Standard for the free trial period. You still do have an option to downgrade to Business Starter. If downgrading within the free trial period, you won't have to pay any extra for Business Standard.
