Why is it so difficult to recover an account I’m paying for

I am trying to get my business started I feel like I’m trapped in a googleverse of open pages with no solution one number is wrong on the verified phone number and I cannot access my business email so I cannot move forward and time is of the essence and no human to figure it out just a series of subjects this is the introduction to the world of Ai

You have to understand that what our systems see is essentially "let me in to this account, no I cannot verify I own it because I can't provide the code to the number I setup"

I hope we can find some common ground in agreeing that that is suspicious behavior 🙂 

Additionally, your post doesn't address what you're trying to achieve, are you saying that you were using your super admin account (the one you set up Google Workspace with) as a regular everyday account and have now lost access to it? If so, this is not a practice we recommend users adopt as it has the unfortunate side effect of if you lose access to that one account, you're locked out. Whereas if the issue you were having was with a normal account, you could log in with the super admin account and self-service fix the issues using admin controls.

Regardless, I'm not sure which forms you might've come across, but I would recommend starting with the automatic recovery process documented here, there is also the support-assisted recovery process here and both of them document the process as well as the requirements so you can make a decision as to which one to pursue.

Regarding your last statement rest assured we are still human beings and have not been replaced by AI.....yet 😅
