Wix Manages My Business Email but Google doesn't see me as an admin saying it's managed elsewhere

Wix Manages My Business Email using Gmail. I'm the administrator. When I log into Workspace Dashboard I'm listed as Super Administrator but it also says it's managed by another administrator contact them. I cannot make changes. This has been an issue for weeks now. Thanks!

I would reach out to Wix support and verify they made you a Super Admin. There are different admin privileges and you may have only been given view access.  Wix is the reseller of your workspace account so they provision the account and then they make you an admin. Likely the issue is with Wix. If you are actually getting some sort of error message the issue may be with Google.
