Back in 2011, I set up my personal domain using gmail - firstname at lastname dotcom . A few years later, I signed up for Google Workspace. I am now a paying member of that service. However, every so often I would run into issues whereby a message pops up saying that I need to contact my administrator in order to gain access. Now, I have a real problem. I am swapping out my Android phone and I need to backup all my data - photos, texts, contacts, files, etc. I am getting this same message.
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
