Workspace Business Starter + Google Drive Subscription

Ran into an issue today and would appreciate any insight. Been a Workspace user (well was G-Suite before) for a number of years. Currently I have 2 users on a Starter account, so 30gb storage each pooled (60gb shared). Additionally, one of those two accounts, before switching to Workspace, had a Google Drive subscription through the Google Play store for 100gb storage.

What this has done for the last several years has given me 130 GB in Drive for all my stuff and the other account has their 30 +/- with pooling.

Today I received an email about my account being over its quota and that it's in a 60 day grace period. I have 80 GB of storage associated with my account and 40 or so for the other account being used.

The display on my Google drive account shows 130gb available and within my quota, this is correct and how it's been for years. In my google admin panel, it shows that I am at 220% of my pooled data.

Talked to support and they said it is what it is and that since the account changed to pooled, it's not taking into account the Google drive subscription I have. I have not made any changes to my account to trigger this.

Any insight or help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same issue. I pay for a 1TB google drive subscription from the same account linked to my organisation and business starter account. As of yesterday, my Google Drive account is capped at 30GB storage, leaving me approx. 700GB over quota.
My Google Drive subscription was renewed in December '23 but I can't find how or where to access that storage anymore, as it is the same account that is now limited by the Business Starter plan.

I upgraded from business starter to business standard. I can't find the 2T that I am supposed to now have. Where is it?
