Workspace SIgnup Issues with Domain and not finding any useful support

Before you recommend I search, I've done that and I've already gone through the process and it's not working as it should.

Problem:

I have a domain I need to register with Google Workspace. When I try that it shows it is not available. Someone must've already registered using it. It could have a long time ago but I don't specifically remember registering this particular domain with google workspace.

Then I follow the guidelines to request a removal but the page for DNS check keeps failing, even though Google's own links to check the domain's records show the correct values. I used various DNS checking tools to get the same proper value.

I tried every 10-15 minutes for a few hours to no avail. I should mention I use CloudFlare for DNS and there is no proxy for that CNAME. Plus All the tools including Google's own shows the correct, expected value live.

Then I see a page that says it's now submitted and I should wait 3 days.

Then I check back next day and it says the request failed because too much time has passed.

I cannot get a hold of any sort of support and right now other options are looking mighty interesting.

Registering a business email should not be this difficult.

Looking for advice.
