Workspace deadly superadmin loop help

Hey, appreciate any help i can get on this.

i had a domain and website setup in 2010.  An email "info@domainname.com" was setup as a free G-suite by someone... thats the issue.  They were the superadmin that setup this email. 

Now, g-suite has become google workspace and isn't free.  I  have been locked out of my email for this reason. The options to upgrade and recover require having superadmin account.  Even the options for help require superadmin account. 

its the how do i get a job without experience and how to i get experience without a job.  I can't reclaim email without superadmin and to get support from google workspace and to recover i need to login as superadmin.  The recovery tool allows me option of choosing 1) i am superadmin (which i am not) or 2) i am user and cant contact superadmin.  When choosing 2 it asks for email at domain that i have access to... which of course i am blocked out of... so back to deadly loop.

 

any help greatly appreciated.  i want to recover the email address at least temporarily as i have been locked out and getting no where for a month or so.
