Workspace for Nonprofits

I selection the subscription for the Workspace for Nonprofits subscription, validated through TechSoup, but was required to selected a Business subscription to move forward. How can I actually downgrade (Followed all the help links provided and have been waiting at 650-253-0000 for two hours waiting for assistance) to the free subscription Workspace for Nonprofits. I am trying to resolve this before the 14 day free trial expires.

@lovefrolic500 Not sure how to help you with the non-profit verification but please note that if it is getting delayed you have the option to contact the support team and then ask them to increase the trial period,they might help you with that, you can also ask them the verification status and things, please use the below link using your admin account else you can also use the ? button on top of your admin console to chat with the workspace support team
