Workspace is attached to domain upon purchase

When I purchased my domain new domain from google domains (directly, not from reseller) I noticed there was a google workspace account already attached to it. I'm assuming someone else purchased a workspace account and not the domain? My question is how do I remove this from my account if i cannot sign into the google workspace admin?

Just follow this form instructions and you can delete the panel:
