Workspace migration compatibility of existing Google Accounts

Hi there,

We are currently considering migrating from Zoho Mail to Google Workspace. The (possible) issue is that some users already have a google account created with their business email addresses. They are using the accounts to use Google Calendar, Meets and Singup/in with Google in different services.

How would the migration affect the existing accounts? Will they continue working but also have access to Workspace features?

@lhidalgo are you referring to people using Gmail with the alternate email login feature?  https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/176347?hl=en

Hi @KAM, thanks for your reply! Not Gmail itself, just a Google Account to use for example in calendar, meets, signing with google, etc. I think they are referring to it as "unmanaged accounts" https://support.google.com/a/answer/6178640?hl=en I'll give it a try to test if this solves my issue.
