STUCK !!!
Your organization's Google Workspace account has been suspended.
Please contact your Google Workspace Organization Administrator to re-activate your organization.
My company stopped just like that. We have no idea on the super admin password. Tried the entire day multiple options, but no avail. Logged a ticket with workspace. They asked me to prove ownership of my domain. I got the info from my domain registrar and passed to workspace support.
6 hours and counting. Absolutely no response from workspace team so far.
Terrible that only super admin can make payments to revoke the suspension. As long as they get the money, i wonder why they care who made the payment.
RANSOMWARE at its best. Organized by google.
Any suggestions or directions to get me out of the mess i am in now is highly appreciated
This is the exact same issue we are having as well. We cannot access our admin page and I am currently unable to retrieve my DNS verification information because I am waiting for the nameserver provider to contact us.
Also the help button in the top right corner of this page doesn't do anything.
Google please help.
The only way you can recover is Admin credentials, the recovery email to reset password or access to your DNS. If you don't have AT LEAST 1 of those 3, you will not be recovering the account. I've spent 2 weeks on this beating my head into the wall of Google. The only other thing I can recommend is reach out to them on Twitter. Magically after reaching out to them, access to the console was restored (that was day 7 after submitting a recovery through DNS.
It's a shit spot to be in. Hope your DNS gets back with you but it's still a 7 day wait. Good luck!
Hi there, I have the same issue, How did you solve it? Thanks
No one that I've seen on this forum has had it resolved yet.
File a case with Google as soon as you can: https://support.cloud.google.com/portal/u/0/create-case
Thanks. Tried but with workspace suspended I get the message "you do not have permission to create support cases." grrrrrrrrr
Same issue here as well.
Any fixes found yet? Very frustrating.
Hello this happened suddenly. Any info please share, having the same issue.
Having the same issue. There is no Google Workspace account as far as I know, since I'm the owner and sole employee of my company. I keep being directed to find the admin for this nonexistent account. Also verified that my payment for supplemental data storage is automatic and paid until next May.
This is the same issue for our organization.
Please give us a solution
Submit a case file as soon as you can! Hoping Google will start to realize this is rampant and silly. https://support.cloud.google.com/portal/u/0/create-case
I am exactly in the same place and with nothing on the horizon
Try filing a case. We at least got a reply (although no resolution yet).
I have received the same message:
Your organization's Google Workspace account has been suspended.
Please contact your Google Workspace Organization Administrator to re-activate your organization.
What I can do?
Same issue and it's absolutely killing me because I"m locked out of google drive account with all of my work files. Google you are really screwing me over right now.
Your organization's Google Workspace account has been suspended.
Please contact your Google Workspace Organization Administrator to re-activate your organization.
Have your organization (or you) try to file a case here ASAP: https://support.cloud.google.com/portal/u/0/create-case
Our case is pending now for TWO WEEKS. (We started our upgrade on August 1). Repeated attempts using various methods to resolve have all failed. We even have a case number! Google is sending the message clearly that we are small potatoes and small businesses don't matter.
Ok, so I've spent the better part of two days trying to figure this out this problem, fortunately I have gotten my account reinstated. Here's what I had to do:
First, go to https://contacts.google.com/directory. This will show you all of the users on your account. I had to log in with the user who had admin privileges, otherwise I would get the "Google workspace account has been suspended" message. For me this was a friend who set up the account 10 years ago. Fortunately, he still had the password. He logged in and was able to make my user email the admin. Suddenly I was able to log into my google workspace admin console at the very least. From there I had to sign up and convert my old account (legacy G suite account) to a new business starter account. It's no longer free of course ($3 per month per user) but at least I have access to my email and drive again.
The issue here is that google apparently is transitioning to a new setup for these accounts. They did a crap job of notifying me of this and gave me no easy way to fix it, and its no longer free.
Nice one ! Thank you !
We too are having the same issue and no one to contact. HELP
Try this: https://support.cloud.google.com/portal/u/0/create-case
Let us know if you make progress and how long it takes for Google to look at your case..
All my e-mails under a domain that I own have been suspended. I can't log on as the administrator because my account has been suspended. This is a classic catch-22. Can't restore my account because all e-mails associated with it have been suspended. I'm tired of bot replies and promises of a call back. They have a dedicated phone number for sales, but only bots for support.
File a case! https://support.cloud.google.com/portal/u/0/create-case
Let's all try this and see if Google starts to pay attention.
I'm in the same situation as well.
"Your organization's Google Workspace account has been suspended.
Please contact your Google Workspace Organization Administrator to re-activate your organization."
Who is the Google Workspace Organization Administrator? As far as I know it's me.
What fixes have you all tried? Maybe if we post what we have tried we can begin to help others faster.
We're communicating with bots. Unfortunately it's the wave of the future.
Here is the first step towards progress. At the beginning of this week (9/12) We finally reached out to Google Workspaces on Twitter and eventually a human being replied. After many answers to the same tired questions, we were referred here: https://support.cloud.google.com/portal/u/0/create-case
I agree that the more of us that file support cases and raise awareness about this ridiculous problem, eventually we might get Google's attention. The hard truth is, we're small potatoes and they just don't care. What's MADDENING is that all we are trying to do is set up payment. Literally just trying to pay Google.
Ok so this post was the most helpful. I am now back in my emails. Pretty much an hour after posting via the above link I had an email from an actual person.
I had already verified my domain and sent in about 4 case requests and emailed a couple of times a day. But it was the link above that made the difference.
If you have a custom domain email you can still receive and send new emails.
What I did was set up the same email address with icloud and redirected all emails to the new email provider. This meant at least I was receiving emails.
I actually corresponded with google via this email address telling them that it was via icloud and not gmail.
After emailing an actual person, they set me up as super administrator, I could log in and set up payment. Now I can access my gmail account again.
What an experience.
Took us a long time too but eventually worked!
Glad it was helpful.
When I try and to that I get this message on that page:
" You do not have permission to create support cases. "
What do I do now? Is that message a clue as to the source of my issues?
Are you a "super administrator?"
Following the link and see the message "You do not have permission to create support cases."
Why cant I create a case?? ๐
It says I have no access to create cases
I have the exact same issue! Suspended.
My latest is that I was able to successfully request to become the administrator for my domain email. I had to create a DNS with godaddy and google was able to find it . I got a confirmation on my personal gmail account. I suspect this was a bot confirmation and it told me to wait 72 hours to take over as the administrator. I would then hope that I will be able to log on and administer the account and set the auto-payment to reactivate my account and resume using my domain email addresses. I'm crossing my fingers. (I run a 2 person architecture firm and have limited IT knowledge. Sorry if I'm simplifying or using wrong terminology!)
How did you submit the request to become administrator?
I've done so many things that I'm not sure, but I believe it was here.
https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/recovery/form
You will need to go to your domain host and create a DNS in order to prove to google that you own the domain.
Proceeded all the steps and confirmed my ownership of my domain. The point is I could use only my email that I created in Gmail and that I have no permission to access now. Hope they will contact me via my reserve email.
I was in the same position, except there was no back-up email on the Google
Workspace. Here's what worked for me:
- Contacted my domain registrar (GoDaddy) to change the MX (mail exchange)
records for my domain from Google to my web host (Hostgator), which
provides free email service as part of their hosting fees.
- Created an email account for that same email in my web host, which let me
receive email there (on my web host's email portal)
- Repeated the domain verification process with Google. This time, I
received an email from Google about the status of my domain verification.
They restored my workspace within a few days.
- Changed the MX records again, to point back to my now reactivated Google
workspace
hello everyone, I managed to get access to my account, also to an old email that was barely inactive, and was able to speak to two different reps.
part 1. you got to go to the toolbox https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/recovery/form and fill the form
part 2: you also might be able to recoup the password by signing in incognito and clicking forgot password, they will send you an email on file,
if you can not login, at least you can reach the list of emails under contacts and find the possible email as an admin
I was guided by a SALES REP, I called to ask for a new account, explained my case and a very nice lady walked me through
at the same time I had already proven my DNS and domain ownership and that did not work out that well
at some point, I went to an old computer and found access to an old email
6 days!!!! 6 days took me to get this thing happening, now I am backing it up and leaving no trace with google
