Your payment didn' t go through

Hi,

Recently, i tried to create google workspace account + buying domain through google workspace. ive done the creation of the account, now I'm stuck at payment page whenever i tried to pay by credit card, it keep showing me "Your payment didn't go through".

I've checked the google help and followed the solution, but whenever i tried to login to my admin console, it will redirect me to checkout page, i chose my plan and proceed, then im still getting payment didn't go through.

now I'm stuck on i was unable to login to request support due to i unable to pay by my credit card.

p/s: I've tried several credit card and called my bank. all of my card is working normally.

I have just the same issue and have failed to get hold of a human at the Workspace sales team after 12 attempts over sever days. Super frustrating! Anyone from Google Workspace listening?

@Bernie71 this is a community of fellow Admins, so other than commiserating, we can't help.  Google's Accelerate event is going on right now though so sales is likely preoccupied.  You'll likely want to use a support ticket instead.  -KAM
