In my organization we are working with google emails and using GWSMO to sync between the mail-box, calendar, and etc. (google -> outlook).
in addition we are using GCDS to sync between our AD users and google emails(AD user -> GCDS -> Gmail) and also for groups (AD group -> GCDS -> google groups).
For a long time, our management Secretary suffers from random problems while using the calendar invitations and calendars management(for the CEO, etc.) especially when using outlook(with GWSMO) , and also when using google calendar and Gmail directly.
The problems are:
1. When she sending calendar invitation to group - some of the guests get the invitation as a mail, some says that they didn't get it , and some says that it didn't get into their calendar.
2. When she do forward of existing meeting (that was send to a group) to external guest - it didn't get into his calendar.
3. When she update an invitation - some are getting the update in their calendars and some not getting update.
4. While sending an invitation to group, part of the participants gets invited as optional.
*The problems happens very randomly and sometimes things working, sometimes not.
We tried to check a lot of things , but it very difficult cause its randomly happens.
