For the past 4 months, we faced issues of account suspension even after making payment in advance using net banking.
your billing system confirms the payment receipt by mail and even on workspace billing section it shows 0 rs balance, even after that our account is forced for auto suspension after 4 days.

now feels like having Internet banking as the primary payment method and paying in advance is like a crime to keep dues as 0.
kindly improve the billing system to cross check, calculate and not to directly suspend accounts.
