I'm French, and when I use the electronic signature request and select the French option, an email in English is sent to the recipient.

That's actually a misconception, the language option is the "audit trail language".
Which is the audit language that will be on the document after it is signed:
In my case is portuguese, so i received the mail in the language set on my account, but the audit log it will be on the language set on the audit trail.

Thanks, my problem is about notifacation emails on the recipient(client) and on the sender(me) side : I think we'll have to wait for google to do the job.

I received the message in english too, this is sent from a google automated system.
There's no way to configure the language in this case.
So the solution is to "wait"… 😜
(I already reported the bug…)
