google form_some respondents do not get copy of their answers

hallo, I have set up a google form with the feature for the responders to get a copy of their answers.

Actually some do receive the answers and some do not.

The setting in the google form are correct and set that everybody gets the answer, without choosing.

What this can be?

How can I solve this problem?

Have those respondents who didn't receive a copy of the Google Form checked their Gmail Spam folder?

Are you sure when setting up the Google Form that "Always" was selected for receiving a copy and not when requested? If "When requested" was chosen then the respondent will need to toggle that they want a copy at the end of the Google Form before submitting their responses.

and the respondents have checked their SPAM folders

Very strange! Thanks for taking the time to testing the suggestions. Are the respondents that are having issues using a different Google Workspace organization account then you?

I a not sure I understand what you are asking

I have an email connected to my own domain

the persons not receiving the notification have emails connected to google.com and also other emails, so really there is no similarities amongst them
