if I delete my workspace account, can I create another with the same domain?

Hi all, so if I delete my workspace account, can I recreate another with the same domain? I am not talking about recover users or recover account, like start it from scratch after the 20 days of post-deletion?  Can a new account be setup for the same domain or is gone forever?

You can, but why ? what is the end goal ? 

Are you trying to just downgrade to a cheaper license ? this isn't the shortcut to do that
