"Google Workspace is ready for you" but I did not start a plan!

I'm confused by the emails I'm getting after looking at the offerings from Google regarding Workspace. I merely wanted pricing information and now I'm getting these emails which makes me think I'm going to get a bill in 29 days.

Are these just marketing emails?

To be clear I did not complete the signup! I cannot participate in the suggested plan at this time.
