I run a website that provides the latest Subway menu prices in the UK: (URL Removed by Staff). I'm looking for a way to track how many clicks I get when I share my website link in emails sent via Google Workspace (Gmail for business).
Does Google Workspace provide any built-in tools to monitor link clicks, or should I use UTM tracking with Google Analytics? Also, is there a way to check if my email recipients open and engage with the links?
Any advice or best practices would be appreciated!

Yes that's your only option: Gmail is just email, nothing more.
