That is an abuse vector that can lead to account suspension. Google Workspace is not a Mass Mail Service, Gmail is intended to be used for business communication, not email blasting. For those types of services, you should consider using purpose-built solutions such as (and this is not an official recommendation) SendGrid, MailChimp, Mailgun, etc
