I don't have access to the Google services on the cloud platform. When I try to access my billing details, I get this error: " Access to a service or feature has been restricted. If you think this was a mistake, submit an appeal. Entire service unavailable"
I created the free trial account at April'24 end and have been charged £438.10 for the billing cycle May'24 even though I did not use the services in May. I am new to Google Cloud so have limited knowledge of resolving the issue and wrong billing amount.
