transferring my domain from Domain.com over to existing Google Workspace

I am a family therapist who made the big mistake of starting my domain with Domain.com. I have had nearly a hundred spam emails and phone calls ever since. To say the least, this domain server is not HIPAA approved. I have waited my 60 days and would now like to transfer that domain away from Domain.com to my Google Workspace. I've read allllll the instructions multiple times and still can make no headway. I need a one-on-one tutorial to get through "Manage Advanced DNS Records." I'm seeing settings like A, CNAME, MX (Mail Exchanger), and TXT. Domain.com has let me know that they want Google Workspace to help me get these settings right. What I've read on Google Workspace, Domain, Administrators, and Help are all telling me that Domain.com should be helping with that. Nothing doing. Is there a generous soul out there that can help me get back to providing therapy? Thank you in advance!

@familytherapy DNS can be very daunting for people who work in other fields.  I would strongly urge you to engage with a Google Partner or a consultant to help with this item. You will likely spend a LOT of time and energy on something that is relatively straightforward and easy for those with the skill.

I'm not aware of anything step by step for this that would be concise.
