workspace, outlook 메일을 둘 다 사용할 수 있는 방법

MS outlook 레코드값은 이미 등록되어 있고 구글 workspace 레코드값은 이제 등록해야하는데, 두 레코드값이 함께 등록되어있으면 MX값이 충돌나서 메일 수발신을 못하는걸로 알고 있습니다.

workspace, outlook 메일을 둘 다 사용할 수 있는 방법이 있을까요?

From a Google point of view, what you can do is set your MX records to point to Google, and then configure either Dual Delivery (https://support.google.com/a/answer/9228551) or Split Delivery (https://support.google.com/a/answer/12971016) to also have the messages delivered to Exchange or Microsoft 365. 

I'm much less familiar with Microsoft administration, but I'm sure something similar is possible in their systems. And that Microsoft-first strategy is probably the right way to go, given that you're already configured to have your incoming mail go to Microsoft first.
