Error in adding payment profile

while trying to add payment profile  to my partner center I am getting this message "An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later. [OR-IDGRA-01]"Screenshot 2023-05-19 113056.png

I'm seeing the same error, I emailed support in march, so far no reply or even acknowledgement of email from support team.
