Getting Paid for Workspace Referrals

Hi @Carolina-A, we have made several referrals to Google Workspaces/G Suite and whenever I get the report update, it says "zero."  We KNOW the link was used because we actually set these accounts up for our clients using our own link in an Incognito window (we don't just post a link or make a referral, we often create the accounts for them). I've tried to email Google several times but have never received a response.  Please help!

Could you please share your referral link so that we can look into your referral status?

 

Please note: The most important part of your referral link is all the UTMs when the link expands. Those will track who signs up, link them back to you and our system will track to make sure they have been paying customers of Google Workspace for more than 90 days. For more information on how the referrals are calculated please read 7.1 Referral Fees. in the Terms page

The other thing that you need to keep in mind is making sure that the referrals are made to users that are in these 24 countries.

I see there are 2 referrals linked to your referral link, did you expect to have more?

Yes, there should be a lot more. In fact, I think this January email is
the first time ever that the dashboard said that we had any. Over the past
few months, we've set up:

- 2 accounts with a @from[xxx]llc.com / @kit[xxx]17.com addresses
- 2 accounts with an @elec[xxx]chi.com address
- 16 accounts with an @aa[xxx].com address

We have done others in the past, including 4 with @spudsmackenie addresses
years ago. If I searched through my notes, I'm sure I would find others as
well, but these are the ones that pop out at me.

The support team let me know that the last two domains you mentioned are showing up and are linked as your referral.

However I'm sorry but the other referrals are not linked back to you as a referral. I am so sorry about that. I'm waiting to hear back to check if there is an issue when using an "Incognito window", but it seems some of the tracking got lost during the sign-up process. Did you use a promotion code for those referrals?
