I would like to know if someone here can help me, I referred some friend to use Google Workspace and I received an email stating that Google payed me 176 dollars but I haven't receive any. I tried to contact support but they never get in touch with me, can someone help me?

I heard back from the support team. It seems that you were sent an email with a Payment Profile link, however because you did not fill out your information within the 14 days, the link expired.
We will be sending you a new link soon. Please make sure to provide all your information as soon as you receive the first email with your new payment profile link.

Sorry for the delay. The support team has a rather large backlog. But I have asked them to make sure that you receive your payment profile link soon.
Once you receive that payment profile link, you have 14 days to enter your payment details.

It could take a couple of days before you see the payment coming into your account. You could also check with your bank to see if there are any payments coming through or if it is pending or on hold. If you still don't see anything in the next couple of weeks let me know.

Your payment support team did contact me and asked me to set up my bank account and verify it in Google Pay. I did that and notified them, but that is the least I heard from anyone.
